We understand that are attendees are professionals with demanding schedules. As a result, we have refund policy designed to accommodate those needs.

Written notice of cancellation received by PTI Inc prior to 14 days of the scheduled in-person seminars:

  • Full Refund less $ 50 processing fee
  • Partial Refund (Full Refund less Cost of LGUTEF National Income Tax Handbook) and book will be shipped to address of record
  • Complimentary Transfer to another seminar (if seating permits)
  • Complimentary Transfer to webinar (PTI Inc will refund difference between seminar and webinar)

Written notice of cancellation received by PTI Inc within 14 days of the scheduled in-person seminars:

  • Refund 50% of the registration price; LGUTEF National Income Tax Handbook will be shipped to the address of record
  • Complimentary Transfer to another seminar (if seating permits)
  • Complimentary Transfer to webinar

Reminder: PTI Inc provides headcounts to each venue with 14 days of each scheduled in-person seminar. Confirmation of the number of attendees is necessary to arrange classroom setup and prepare for meals. Therefore, if you contemplate a conflict, please contact PTI Inc as soon as possible to ensure your largest refund if transferring to another seminar/webinar is not feasible.

No Refunds will be issued after the start of a scheduled seminar. However, PTI Inc understands exceptions may be warranted for unexpected events (hospitalizations, COVID, etc.).

Returned Check Fee

A fee of $ 25 will be assessed on all returned checks.

Conference Rooms

Tape Recorders

Tape recorders are not permitted. All attendees of the 16-hour seminar will receive the LGUTEF National Income Tax Workbook, as well as digital online subscription.

Cellular Phones & Pagers

Please turn off all electronic devices while attending class.

Room Temperature

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

Special Accommodations

We offer our seminars to disabled persons on a nondiscriminatory basis. Please contact PTI Inc by phone, email, or mail a minimum of 30-days in advance of the seminar to ensure your needs are addressed.

CPE & CFP Credit

CPE Credit will be awarded by PTI Inc to those attending seminars/webinars. Credits will conform to the standards adopted by most organizations which have adopted the NASBA standards.

CFP Credit will also be awarded as our seminars/webinars are accepted by the CFP Board for continuing education credit. Please provide your CFP # at the seminar/webinar in order for us to report your continuing education credit.

Seminars are also designed to meet the educational requirements for practice before the Internal Revenue Service. PTI Inc will report your attendance to the IRS using your PTIN.

CLE Credit

CLE Credit will also be awarded at our seminars as approved by PACLE (The Supreme Court of PA Continuing Legal Education Board). Attorneys will be provided with a “CLE Credit Request Form” for completion/submission to PACLE. In 2023, PTI Inc awarded 2 (Ethics) and 11 (Substantive) for attendance of the 16-hour seminar.

No CLE is awarded for webinar attendance.

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be emailed to attendees the week following the completion of the seminar/webinar. If you desire a hard copy of the CPE Certificate, please notify PTI Inc.
